The mindfulness-based living course was developed by Rob Nairn and the mindfulness Association. It takes modern psychological and neuroscience-based approach to meditation. It is based on many years of research and experience.
This course covers the important foundational training in modern secular mindfulness. It is similar to the MBSR developed by Jon Kabat Zinn and has some extra material introducing kindness and compassion practices.
