Mindfulness is an innate ability that we all possess. Paying attention, on purpose and without judgment, is a skill that can be trained so that we can take better care of ourselves and all those around us with whom we share this world.

No previous experience with mindfulness is necessary to be part of this course.
This course is also very beneficial for experienced practitioners also.

Participants must have access to an individual computer with a video camera.

This is very personal, but you will have lifelong access to the material delivered during the course that you can use in your own time to prepare for your coaching sessions or to try with your coachees.

All modules will be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 AM to 5 PM CET, with a 30mn breaks in the morning and afternoon, and a 1-hour lunch break.
All pod meetings are delivered on a Monday from 5PM to 7 PM CET.

YES! A strong emphasis is placed on experiential learning. There are home assignments between modules that include regular mindfulness practice, daily life exercises and journal writing.

There are four levels in the Mindfulness programme we offer. This level 1 course is divided into 4 modules designed to help you develop a more stable and present mind, anchored in the present moment. It is followed by the Level 2 course “Responding with Compassion”, level 3 course “Insight-Seeing deeply” and level 4 course “Wisdom”.
